A MischiefStack Thing

Your Privacy,
in Plain Words.

Updated November 2, 2026

JUVUMI helps people meet for shared activities. This page explains the information the app uses, who can see it, and how to contact us about it.

Your Account

Supabase handles authentication. When you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google account identifier, email address and basic profile information to create or sign in to your JUVUMI account. We request identity, email and profile access. We do not request your Gmail messages, contacts, Calendar, Drive files or location from Google. JUVUMI currently uses Google sign-in. Email-link sign-in is disabled.

Your JUVUMI profile contains the name, neighbourhood, bio and interests you provide. Your email and phone number are not shown in Scene discovery. Contact confirmation means an email or phone was confirmed; it is not identity verification.

Scenes and Private Details

Scene titles, activity descriptions, approximate neighbourhoods, host names and open spot counts are visible in discovery to the permitted audience. Exact meeting spots and optional Maps links are shared with members after joining. Participants can see the member list and Scene chat. Keep meeting spots public and avoid sharing a home address.

Introductions sent with Host Review requests are private to the host. Circle content is limited to members. Blocking restricts visibility and participation in both directions. Reports are visible to authorized moderators. A report should contain only information needed to explain the concern.

Visits and Online Activity

On the production domain, we count aggregate visits and recent online activity. Anonymous visitors remain unnamed. Only the analytics admin can view signed-in accounts currently online. We do not keep per-user page-view history, IP addresses, referrers, device fingerprints or precise location in the analytics database.

A random browser token is stored locally to recognize a visit across tabs. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Temporary server session details also expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and are cleaned periodically. Anonymous daily totals are kept for 90 days. Online counts reflect activity within the last 90 seconds.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable this collection. Demo, analytics-dashboard and authentication-callback pages do not send tracking heartbeats. Short-lived IP-based rate limits are held in server memory to protect the service and are not written to the analytics database.

Browser Storage and Service Providers

Your browser stores the authentication session so you can stay signed in. Signing out clears the app session. The labeled fictional demo stores its Scenes and interactions on your device. JUVUMI uses Supabase for account and community data, Cloudflare for domain delivery, and the JUVUMI hosting server for the app and aggregate analytics. Providers may process operational connection data under their own policies.

The optional neighbourhood map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. Opening a Maps link takes you to the map provider selected by the host, whose privacy policy then applies. JUVUMI does not publish live device location or provide emergency tracking.

Your Choices and Contact

You can edit your profile, leave Scenes or Circles, withdraw a pending request, and block or report from the app. For account deletion, data access or privacy questions, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm account ownership before acting on a request.

JUVUMI is for shared activities, not dating. Meet in public, respect boundaries, and never pressure anyone to share personal contact details.
